Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pulvio mobile app and related services (“Pulvio”, the “Service”), provided by Mehmetcan Kılınç (“we”, “us”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Pulvio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pulvio, or at least 16 if you are in the European Economic Area. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Pulvio for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at mehmtcankilinc@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Pulvio Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play.
• If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account settings.
• Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or by Google Play's policies.
• Prices may change; we will give notice of changes as required, and changes will not take effect until your next billing period.

6. Free tier

Pulvio offers a free tier with a daily listening limit. The exact limit, and the features included in the free tier, may change over time at our discretion.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts; circumvent usage limits or access controls; or use automated means to access the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on it.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including the app, its design, and the audio content made available through it, is owned by us or licensed to us. Audio content is licensed to Pulvio for playback within the app only; it may not be downloaded for redistribution, resold, or used outside the app. All trademarks and brand elements are the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account in the app under Settings → account removal. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
