Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Pulvio mobile app (“Pulvio”, “we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Pulvio is a sleep-sound app: it plays calm audio and helps you keep a bedtime routine.

Summary

• We do not show ads, we do not use advertising SDKs, and we do not sell personal data.
• We collect only what we need to run your account, deliver your subscription, send the reminders you ask for, and keep the app working.
• You can delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time.

Account and authentication

When you create an account, your email address and sign-in are handled by Supabase, our authentication and database provider. If you choose Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, we receive only the account identifier and email address returned by that provider — we do not receive your password or other profile details.

Subscriptions and purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play and by RevenueCat, which manages entitlements on our behalf. Pulvio stores your subscription status, the plan and billing period, and a purchase identifier so we can unlock Premium features. We never receive or store your card number or other payment details — those stay with Google Play.

Push notifications

If you enable reminders (for example a bedtime nudge or a trial-ending reminder), we store an Expo push token for your device and your device's IANA time zone so the notification arrives at the right local time. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device's system settings; doing so stops these reminders.

Usage data

To make the app work and to enforce the free daily limit, we store the following against your account in Supabase:

• Listening time and free-tier usage counters (used to apply the daily free limit).
• Your sleep-schedule settings, such as bedtime and wind-down preferences.
• Your favorites and recently played items.

Diagnostics

We collect basic device and app information and crash logs through Expo so we can find and fix bugs. This includes data such as device model, operating system version, app version, and technical error details. It is not used to identify you personally or to advertise to you.

Transactional email

We send account-related email (for example a trial-ending reminder) through Resend, our email delivery provider. These messages are transactional; Pulvio does not run marketing email campaigns.

Advertising

Pulvio contains no advertising, no ad SDKs, and no ad trackers. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

How we share data

We share data only with the service providers named above (Supabase, RevenueCat, Google Play, Expo, Resend), each acting on our instructions to provide part of the service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or ourselves.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and its associated data directly in the app under Settings → account removal. You can also email mehmtcankilinc@gmail.com to request deletion or to ask questions about your data. Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Children

Pulvio is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below these ages. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Our service providers may process and store data in countries outside your own, including outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), or similar laws, including the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact mehmtcankilinc@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
